About The Owner

Bio

After retiring from a long career of twenty years coaching high school baseball, Ben Glasgow knew he wasn't done with the game and he turned his attention to the up and coming players and the coaches tasked with coaching them. Not only did Ben want to help develop young players on the field, but also wanted to offer coaching for coaches seeking to elevate their understanding of what they were teaching their players as well. With all of his experience over the years, Ben knew he could make a difference. He wanted to give back to his community the wealth of knowledge he so fortunately acquired. With this mindset, Glasgow Performance Solutions was created in the Fall of 2026. Ben is devoted to elevating athletes’ and coaches’ games to the next level.
